BOSU/Disc

image of people working out on bosu equipment.

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was always tired and constantly sneezing, coughing and plagued by food allergy symptoms. Now, my allergy symptoms have greatly decreased. I used to be glued to a tissue box but now I hardly need them. I also sleep better through the night and feel more rested."
    -Cassie G.
  • "“Amazing, I have been on the program 2 weeks and my IBS has improved immensely! I am sleeping 6-8 hours a night. I have more energy and I am feeling less anxious. The gals are great and so helpful."
